The ability for clients to update their details/upload docs/access the platform from their mobile

commenting / amending without downloading and uploading

A secure chat function where the client can chat with one of our staff would be fab too (or set up a meeting time)

It would probably be best for you if your program ran on 32bit as I believe many of your clients will be older and like me have older equipment. I will try to install the program later and see if I can then install your program.

This feature allows for the release of certain pieces of information to upon confirmation of a loss of capacity. This is useful for businesses that manage protected persons or in situations where an enduring power of attorney is appropriate.

The ability to have multiple staff members add/remove staff to the platform

The teams feature allows businesses to assign multiple team members to manage groups of clients.

This feature allows for the business to optionally restrict the people added to a clients vault to only be executors. Everything uploaded is automatically assigned to the executor, and upon death is released to the executor only.
